Badab Primaris, officially listed within Imperial astrocartographic databases as Badab II, is a Dead World that was located in the Badab Sector of the Segmentum Ultima and that was once a thriving Hive World before the terrible conflict known as the Badab War scoured it of all life.
As of today, normal people would look at this as a planet without enemies and say there's nothing to fight here, but not Orks. Tuska, bless his little heart, ordered his Boyz to begin shooting and chopping the ground of the planet itself, because how dare a place not have anything to fight. This turned out to be the right choice, as remains of demons and infected began popping out of the ground like, well, Orks.
Badab Primaris finds itself in the path of an Ork WAAAGH! led by Tuska and his Orkz.
However due to astropathic interference caused by a nearby Warp Storm, the Imperium has been unable to verify or scan the area for any other unknown threats or friendly units nearby.
Several emergency beacons have been activated and coming from the planet surface, we don't know if any friendly expedition that got trapped in the conflict or they are just beacons from previous times of the Badab War, however several nearby units have responded to said emergency signals.
We lack of information, but our strength and eager to fight is unmatchable.

Mission:
Start investigating the beacon signals, work your way up to purge the heretics and greenkins from the Emperors planet.
